Wednesday: Wisemen from the East

Today Bonnie, Stephen, and Yusta began producing "Wisemen of the East" for presentation on Sunday for the Christmas celebration. This has all the making of the best Christmas pageant ever.

Bonnie began by telling the story of the wisemen coming to worship the Baby Jesus and bring gifts to worship Him. She emphasized that anyone can worship Jesus and that we give our best in worship of Jesus. The children really enjoyed it. Then, they made their own crowns. The creativity and uniqueness of each crown was interesting and very good.

The time ended with the choosing of the actors, dress rehersals, and just enjoying the time with the children. They are so much fun. Two new children have joined the children's home family, Lillian and Esau. They are the ones on Bonnie's lap getting some special loving attention.
