KNOCKING THINGS OUT!

Today was a good day as a lot was accomplished! Because of termites, all the windows in the children's dorms had to be removed and replaced. Despite estimations of two days to complete this project, the Eastern Team was able to work together and finish in 3 1/2 hours.

After finishing the window project, the team quickly moved to the sidewalk. This project is moving along slowly but surely in order to keep the bricks straight and color coordinated. Today was a great success with the team working well together, and the children joining in with enthusiasm and excitement to help.

The day concluded by worshiping with the children and having a lovely dinner. Needless to say, everyone is tired and a little sun burned and will be going to bed early. Other exciting news, Leslie finally received her luggage!

Trying to figure out how to get the window out.

Attacking the windows from both sides.

The CEO hard at work - "Chief Encouraging Officer."

Cleaning up after the windows were removed!

The "General" starting the sidewalk.

Mr. Miller preparing to remove windows.

The sidewalk is coming along quickly...we established
a great system for passing bricks! Teamwork!
The sand to fill in the sidewalk!

Good tools are hard to come by! Thank goodness
we got more shovels!

End-of-day worship with the children!
