Tuesday: CAMP BEGINS

We all woke up earlier and began getting ready to go to camp.   Before we left, Attila had to get materials and workers to the Reghin church for building a fence for the church.   We packed the cars and the bus and sent it own for the children from Gornesti and Peris.   We planned for 50 but ended up with 56 children on the bus.  The camp team includes Annamarie, Jeno, Zozo, Emi, Adela, Adel, Katie, Paul, Bonnie, Floyd, Adel, Attila, and Kaleb.  

For most of the children this was their first camp and first bus ride—a lot of motion/riding sickness.   Riding on the bus with the children is not an easy job.   We arrived at camp and began the unloading of the bus and settling in at camp.   That evening Bonnie introduced the theme for the week and Katie taught the first Bible Story on Jesus at the temple as a boy.   The theme verse this week is Psalm 122:1.   The theme is that children can serve in and with the church in many ways.  It was morning and evening, the first day and it was good.
